Workforce Development & Employment Services:
Lifeline Community Center helps community members access employment opportunities through job readiness training, resume support, interview preparation, and job placement services.
Services include:
• Workforce training and job readiness
• Resume and job application support
• Interview preparation and workplace readiness
• Employment placement support and referrals
• Re-entry employment readiness support
Employer Partnerships:
Lifeline Community Center partners with employers who are actively hiring. We support hiring needs by referring prepared candidates and offering workforce readiness and retention support.

ifeline Community Center is currently applying to become an MNsure Consumer Assistance Partner (Insurance Navigator). Once approved, this service will help community members enroll in health coverage and understand their benefits.
