Senior & Immigrant Support Services
Our seniors and newly arrived immigrants face unique challenges in adapting to life in Minnesota. We provide direct support to help them integrate into the community while maintaining their cultural identity.
- · Navigation support for Minnesota public services (health care, transportation, benefits enrollment)
- · Interpretation and translation support for community services
- · Community education and outreach support
- · Social support activities that reduce isolation and strengthen community connection
Community Resource Navigation & Support
We support community members by connecting them to essential resources and guiding them through basic processes.
- · Help with forms and basic documentation support
- · Referrals to food, emergency services, and community programs
- · Support accessing local organizations and service providers
- · Support scheduling appointments and service connections

Insurance Navigator (MNsure Partner) (Coming Soon)
· • Once approved, Lifeline will provide health insurance enrollment support, renewal assistance, and coverage education for community members.
· • MNsure Consumer Assistance Partner application is currently in process.
We are committed to expanding services responsibly based on approved funding, staffing readiness, and formal program authorization.
